Refund + Cancellation
All purchases are non-refundable. If you need to cancel, please give me at least 24 hours of notice and I will be happy to use your credit for a later date.
To cancel, please send an email to gardenblisscharcuterie@gmail.com and I will issue your credit. Orders canceled within 24 hours of the order time/date will not be eligible for rescheduling or credit.
Deliveries
Please provide clear instructions or any necessary gate codes for delivery.
An individual must be present to accept the delivery since the boards must be refrigerated if not served immediately. The delivery window will be thirty minutes before and after the requested time. If there is a change in the schedule, I will reach out to you. If no one is present to accept the delivery, I will unfortunately not be able to leave it at the door due to quality assurance. Please contact me asap if you have changes in your schedule and I am happy to accommodate.
How long can I keep my board in the refrigerator?
I recommend serving your charcuterie board and crudités same day. Boards can be in the fridge for a few hours. If you are serving next-day, let me know and I'll package the crackers, pretzels and nuts separately for you! That way, they stay crunchy and your board can go in the refrigerator overnight.
If my guests are allergic to something or have a dietary restriction, can you accommodate?
Absolutely! I can customize your board so that every guest is able to enjoy it. Vegetarian, vegan, nut-free, gluten-free…you name it! Please specify in details when ordering.
How far do you travel?
I can travel to Lancaster, Berks and York. Travel fees are calculated based on the specific location and date.
How much are charcuterie boards and crudités?
Boards are custom made for each event. Click the ORDER NOW tab to fill out the inquiry form. In the details section, you can add your budget.
